With an asian tropical vibes, we selected pandan leaves and Jasmine rice as the main ingredients of asia’s signature. It is reminiscent of walking in a damp forest. We can feel the smell of soft pandan leaves and the aroma of rice along with the coffee flavor. It is definitely refreshing.

| RICE SYRUP | 1,000 ml |
| ICE | 16 oz |

| PANDAN WATER | 1,000 ml |
| THAI JASMINE RICE | 150 g |
| WHITE SUGAR | 1,000 g |
How to do
- 1. Use 20 grams of coffee beans and extract with a ratio of 1:1, yield 20 grams of coffee shot.
- 2. Put pandan juice and rice syrup into the glass. Then stir it well.
- 3. Put the extracted coffee on top of the glass.
Rice Syrup 1,000 ml
How to do
- 1. Blend cooked Jasmine rice and pandan juice together and filter it out.
- 2. Boil rice pandan juice and sugar, then stir to combine.
