วิธีทำ
- 1. ชั่งกาแฟผง 18 กรัม ใส่ในด้ามชงกาแฟแบบสองช็อต แล้วสกัดนํ้ากาแฟให้มีปริมาณ 60 มิลลิลิตร ในเวลา 25-27 วินาที
- 2. ผสมนํ้าแอปเปิ้ล นํ้าเชื่อมกลิ่นลิ้นจี่ นํ้าเชื่อมกลิ่นเฟร้นช์วานิลลาและนํ้ากาแฟที่เตรียมไว้ ลงในกระบอกเชค
- 3. เติมนํ้าแข็งลงในกระบอกเชค จากนั้นเชคอย่างรวดเร็วจนรู้สึกเย็นที่มือ
