วิธีทำ
- 1. ชั่งกาแฟผง 18 กรัม ใส่ในด้ามชงกาแฟแบบสองช็อต แล้วสกัดนํ้ากาแฟให้มีปริมาณ 60 มิลลิลิตร ในเวลา 25-27 วินาที
- 2. ผสมโซดา นํ้าเชื่อมกลิ่นลิ้นจี่ นํ้าเชื่อมกลิ่นไวท์ช็อกโกแลต และนํ้าเชื่อมกลิ่นทับทิม คนให้เข้ากันแล้วเทลงในแก้ว
- 3. เติมนํ้าแข็งลงในแก้ว จากนั้นเทนํ้ากาแฟที่เตรียมไว้ โดยเทวนรอบให้เท่าๆกัน
- 4. ตกแต่งตามความเหมาะสม
