- A course for creating coffee recipes and café-style signature drinks. It is ideal for learners who want to understand the fundamentals of café beverages, explore the principles and factors of recipe development, or find ready-to-use recipes for their café. The course also includes sample recipe guidelines and beverage cost calculation. Participants can directly apply the recipes or adapt them further to suit their needs.
- Barista Skill & Café Management (6,500 THB)
- This course covers barista skills and café management. Learners will study coffee extraction using espresso machines, coffee varieties from harvesting, processing, and roasting, all the way to the final roasted beans. The course also includes training on preparing hot coffee beverages, milk steaming to distinguish between cappuccino and latte, as well as essential aspects of café management such as cost calculation, breakeven analysis, and practical techniques that influence drink quality. Each participant will be provided with their own set of coffee-making and grinding equipment for hands-on learning.
- Advanced Latte Art (Wing Base) (6,500 THB)
- Suitable for learners who want to explore more detailed latte art designs with sharp patterns, fine-line work, or multipattern Wing styles. Participants will gain advanced milk steaming and pouring techniques that lead to more refined results. Basic knowledge of milk steaming and pouring is required.
