The course is designed to teach participants how to create coffee drinks and signature beverages for cafés.
This course is suitable for those who want to gain fundamental knowledge of coffee and café-style drinks, individuals who plan to start a café business and design their own drink menu, as well as those who want ready-to-use recipes for selling beverages and the opportunity to practice their own drink creations.
Learners can immediately apply the recipes or further adapt them as desired. All necessary tools and equipment for beverage preparation are provided. The class size is limited to 2–4 participants, and no prior experience is required.
