This course is suitable for those interested in pouring latte art with more details, sharper patterns, fine-line designs, or multi-patterns involving various Wing styles.
What you’ll learn participants will gain advanced techniques in milk steaming and pouring methods that lead to more successful and refined results.
Note: Basic knowledge of milk steaming and pouring is required.

- Training on coffee extraction suitable for pouring latte art.
- Training on milk steaming techniques that enhance sharpness and clarity in latte art.
- Teaching the techniques for creating a sharp and symmetrical Wing base.
- Expanding to various latte art designs from the Wing base, such as Wing Heart, Wing Tulip, Wing Rosetta, and Wing Swan.
- The lessons emphasize hands-on practice with step-by-step adjustments and corrections, ensuring practical application.
- Coffee beans, pitchers, and milk are provided in class. However, participants are welcome to bring their own pitcher if they have one.
