This Barista and Café Management course is ideal for those who would like to learn about coffee extraction using an espresso machine, and understand coffee varieties—from harvesting and processing to roasting and all the steps involved in producing roasted coffee beans.
Participants will also learn how to prepare various hot coffee beverages, steam milk to distinguish between Cappuccino and Latte, and gain knowledge in front-of-house management, cost calculation, break-even analysis, and other essential techniques that influence the taste and quality of each drink.
Each participant will have access to a personal set of learning equipment, including an espresso machine and coffee grinder, for hands-on practice.
