  1. Service & Maintenance Fees ( For household & other coffee machines without a fixed water connection)
   
 

The new service fees, which are applicable for both Bangkok and upcountry are effective as of:

Remark:

1. Boncafe guarantees 3 months for replaced spare parts and all repair work.

2. All above prices are excluding 7% VAT.

3. Terms and prices are subject to change without any prior notice.

   
   
  2. Spare Parts
   
  Spare parts are not included in the above service fees and are always invoiced separately. Prices are fixed and not subject to negotiations.
Please do not pay without receiving an official Boncafe tax invoice, listing all parts that have been changed as well as a receipt from the technician, who receieved the machine.
   
   
  3. Non-Boncafe Brands of Coffee Machines
   
  Generally, Boncafe guarantees repairing service only for machines, which are purchased from Boncafe of the brands and models which we officially represent. Boncafe represents the following brands in Thailand:

Franke Schaerer
   
 

Coffee machine of other brands can be brought to any of Boncafe's service center for inspection. Boncafe is pleased to try to repair any model and brand of coffee machine if:

  • It does not require specific product knowledge
  • Requires the import of a special spare part
  • The customer brings the spare parts

No warranty, however, will be given to repairs done by Boncafe on such machines.

   
   
  4. Service Packages
   
  For our business customers, we offer service contracts on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the technical service department for additional details.
     
  Boncafe's service packages include:
 

     

 
  • Regular, preventive service checks as referred to in the maintenance schedule of the manufacturer. The exact time interval depends on how heavily a particular machine is used

  • Emergency service within 24 hours on-call basis (in Bangkok area only, within a radius of 50 km)

  • 365 days service operation guaranteed

  • Regular coffee calibration and QC on-site, including reporting system

  • Daily cleaning and basic troubleshooting training for coffee machine operators

  • All small consumable and wear-and-tear parts, like o-ring seals are included
