Barista Program 3 Day Program (USD 750 or THB 14,000 /Person)
This program has been designed for individuals who are able to operate coffee machines but would like professional guidance on mixing drinks, or would like to compete in a Barista Championship Competition which is held yearly in Thailand and around the world. This program contains rules and regulations of barista competitions and how to prepare the perfect espresso and cappuccino, etc. from semi-automatic coffee machines.

This program is instructed by teachers who have been accredited by the international standards of the World Barista Championships (WBC) and have judged at the official Thailand National Barista Championships (TNBC).
 
 
 
Details of the Program;  
 
- How to operate a semi-automatic coffee machine
- How to adjust coffee grinders for taste
- How to make the perfect espresso and cappuccino
- How to froth milk for cappuccino and milk drinks
- How to froth milk for Cafe Latte and Latte Art
- How to clean coffee machines and coffee grinders before and after operation
- Knowledge on appropriate cup usage for espresso and cappuccino for Barista competitions
- How to prepare yourself for competition
- How to strive for your best score
- Practice session: 15 minutes for preparing, 15 minutes for competition, and 15 minutes for
  cleaning time.
 
 
Remark: Price of course does not include milk for preparing Latte Art.
